CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a tour is confirmed and scheduled, we guarantee your date/time on a private tour.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If Salida Walking Tours must cancel your tour for any reason*, a full refund will be issued. We allow customers to reschedule their private tours up to 72 hours before the start of the tour by contacting our office. Requests for rescheduling inside of 72 hours receive a gift voucher for future rescheduling. No-shows/last minute cancellations will be charged the full price and will not be able to reschedule.

*Tours are subject to cancellation due to dangerous weather conditions. In such situations, Salida Walking Tours will reach out with at least 3 hours notice to offer rescheduling or a refund.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & PHOTOGRAPHS
