Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 21 years of age and possess valid government-issued photo identification.

Participating venues may independently verify age and refuse service at their discretion.

Alcohol Responsibility

Salida Walking Tours does not sell, serve, furnish, or provide alcoholic beverages.

Participants are solely responsible for any beverages they choose to purchase or consume.

​

Consumption of alcohol is entirely voluntary.

Responsible Conduct

Participants are expected to drink responsibly and comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and staff instructions.

Salida Walking Tours reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, threatening, or excessively intoxicated.

No refund will be issued if a participant is removed for conduct-related reasons.

Venue Availability

Participating venues may change without notice due to business operations, private events, staffing issues, or other circumstances.

Reasonable substitutions may be made when necessary.

Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that consuming alcohol may impair judgment, coordination, and physical abilities.

Each participant assumes responsibility for decisions regarding alcohol consumption and transportation before, during, and after the event.

​

Participants should never drive while impaired.
