Welcome to Salida Walking Tours, LLC ("Salida Walking Tours," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any tour, event, or experience offered by Salida Walking Tours, LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Reservations and Payment
All reservations must be made through our website or approved booking channels. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Salida Walking Tours does not store customer payment card information.
Tour reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and at the designated meeting location.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow guests, local businesses, and members of the public.
Salida Walking Tours reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the experience of others. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
Minors
Children and minors are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult assumes responsibility for the conduct and safety of all minors in their party.
Additional age restrictions may apply to certain events or venues.
Tour Modifications
Salida Walking Tours reserves the right to modify routes, locations, stops, schedules, and tour content when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, construction, road closures, special events, venue availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Such modifications do not automatically entitle participants to refunds.
Intellectual Property
All tour content, scripts, research, stories, historical compilations, photographs, logos, website content, graphics, text, and related materials are the intellectual property of Salida Walking Tours, LLC unless otherwise noted.
Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit tour content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized recording of an entire tour or substantial portions of tour content is prohibited.
Website Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website or its services.
Disclaimer
Historical information, folklore, ghost stories, legends, and anecdotal accounts presented during tours are offered for educational and entertainment purposes. Interpretations and conclusions may vary.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in a tour shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Chaffee County, Colorado.
