Traffic and roadway crossings
Weather conditions
Slips, trips, and falls
Physical exertion associated with walking
Actions of third parties beyond our control

Participants are responsible for evaluating their own physical condition and ability to safely participate.

Appropriate footwear, clothing, hydration, and weather protection are strongly recommended.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants assume responsibility for risks arising from their participation and agree that Salida Walking Tours, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, delays, inconveniences, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
