Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

Customers who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

Customers who cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a raincheck credit valid for one year from the original tour date.

​

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Participants who arrive late or fail to attend a scheduled tour are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time.

​

Weather and Tour Cancellations

Tours operate in most weather conditions.

​

If Salida Walking Tours cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, guide availability, or other operational reasons, participants will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

​

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Audio Tour Purchases

All audio tour purchases are final.

​

Because audio tours are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.
