1. Final guest count is required at the time of booking. Changes in guest count may affect pricing, availability, or tour scheduling.

2. All private tours must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.

4. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour time are not eligible for refunds but will receive a raincheck credit valid for one year.

5. Fewer guests arriving than booked will not reduce the tour price. Private tours are scheduled and staffed for the confirmed group size.

6. Additional guests may be added up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability.

7. Private tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the tour.

8. Tours may be delayed, modified, canceled, or ended early due to unsafe weather or other conditions beyond our control.

9. Haunted Pub Crawl tour price does not include drinks or bar purchases. Guests are responsible for complying with all local alcohol laws and venue policies.

10. Guests who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or abusive may be removed from the tour without refund.
