Cancelation Policy

For public tours, cancellations made at least 12 hours before your tour time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 12 hours will not receive a refund. We will offer a rain check voucher for future use. For private tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours before your tour time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours will only receive a 50% refund.
